Andres Felipe Barrientos stated, "I fancied her and we got chatting. The vibes were good, and she had a really good energy about her."

He further claimed, "I recall putting my hand on her waist," and described their hotel entry: "The vibes were good; we walked through the concierge and got into the lift … and I went into my room with (the woman)."

Barrientos asserts consensual sex occurred in the hotel room, stating, "The sex was great."

He described the sounds during the encounter as "Grunting and moaning.. in a good way."

Regarding the injuries, Barrientos claimed, "In England we would call it a love bite," and detailed, "My mouth on her skin; it involves sucking (and) my teeth were involved to some extent."

He denied choking and slapping the woman, stating unequivocally, "It didn't happen."

Barrientos also mentioned, "I quickly realised I didn't want to be seen on socials."

He explained, "It is standard practice for someone in the limelight to protect privacy."
